“Being in our clients’ homes so often, we often were tasked with deep cleans after remodeling projects and less than quality repairs,” he says. “Since I spent almost a decade as a project manager and chief operating officer for a construction company, it became hard for me to watch my customers go through these home remodels and repairs, and still not get desired results.”
A home remodel can make or break whether a homeowner wants to stay in their home. In fact, a National Association of Realtors and National Association of the Remodeling Industry impact report cited as many as 74% of homeowners have a greater desire to stay put after a successful remodeling project.

In a survey of 5,000 homeowners, kitchens led the way in renovations that brought homeowners the most joy and even a closet remodel scored high on the list.
